The appointment covers either one or two ears. We offer a flat fee so you know exactly what you'll pay before your appointment.
What if there's no wax in my ear?
If no wax is present, we'll help you understand the underlying issue during a consultation, and you'll be charged a reduced rate of £40.
What happens if I need follow-up?
Follow-ups are free if the wax cannot be removed during your initial appointment.
